Employability skill

Skill: able to foster children's self-esteem by:
  • valuing them, making them feel important
  • respecting and acknowledging them
  • praising them
  • supporting them when they make mistakes
  • giving them attention
  • acknowledging their feelings eg anger, stress and talk them through their feelings
